spans are required.
DESIGN-BUILD CONSTRUCTION
Ainco Constructora S.A. de C.V. has been performing design-build services for
simple type of construction including the foundations and buildings
to full turn-key from the bare land.
Ainco Constructora S.A. de C.V. typically hires the consulting professionals such as the
Architect and Engineer. The competitive design-build sub-trades
for the Mechanical, Fire protection and Electrical work are
selected from a list of trades that Ainco Constructora S.A. de
C.V. has successfully worked
with in the past. The rest of the trades would be selected from
competitive bidding of qualified trade contractors from the
community of the building site.
Co-ordination of the consultants, the design-build trades and
the client is by Ainco Constructora S.A. de C.V. and allows for single source responsibility
and cost and quality control.
Design-Build construction generally results in fewer change
orders, a faster construction time line, and cost savings due
to taking advantage of systems available and the experienced
design-build team.

Supply and installation of steel frameless buildings. These buildings come in a wide variety of
colors, insulated
or non-insulated and with liner panels if required.
These building are primarily used for industrial applications
were serviceability is important.
RENOVATIONS
Many of our customers have existing facilities to which we provide
building additions and/or renovations. Additions and renovations
have included extensive work on heritage buildings.
